About USS Wessex

USS Wessex NCC 74207 was launched on 28 March 2009. The following nine months saw work on a website, a newsletter, by-laws, setting up a mailing list, and creating our logo.
The ship was commissioned on 29 December 2009, thus becoming a fully-fledged and independent chapter of Region 4, Starfleet: The International Fan Association, Inc - the oldest continuously operating Star Trek Fan Organization in the world.
